All items purchased from Nano Mobility UK  are at the request of the purchaser. Whilst we are able to give advice on specific products, we cannot advise in relation to any specific individual.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and all debit cards.

You can also use your PayPal account to order as well.

Payments:

You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque, cash or we can organise a bank transfer for you. We now also accept Paypal. Your payment can be made to the delivery person in certain circumstances when our Accompanied Delivery option is selected (please check with us for details).

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect you in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling

We can normally get products to you within 5 working days but can achieve this quicker if required -please ask us and we will do our best!

Delivery Schedule

We normally deliver your goods right away. We will normally send your order to you within 5 working days. International orders are generally received in less than 15 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Almost all of the products on this site will be zero-rated for VAT when purchased by, or for, an individual who will be using the product to aid their personal comfort or mobility. We will simply record the product purchased and the condition from which you suffer, at the time of purchase. This information will be made available to the VAT office should they request but not to any other persons.

Credit Card Security

All on-line payments are processed by “PayPal” and are 100% secure. Your card details are never transmitted to us-only a confirmation that the payment has been accepted.

Guarantee

All of our new products have at least twelve months warranty from date of delivery. We will undertake the repair or exchange of any item, which is deemed to be faulty. Call out to your home is free for the first year. Any instances that are deemed to be user misuse will be charged on an individual basis. (Pre-owned mobility scooters and powerchairs usually come with a limited 3 month warranty) For complete peace of mind, you can extend your warranty for up to three years on scooters and powerchairs, so that you never have to worry about repair bills. Home call out is restricted to UK Mainland (some Highlands and Islands addresses may be excluded).

NAno Mobility UK does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
